Does Bruce Downing own any shares of Naxos? How can I find out insider trading on this stock? It would be interesting to find out what the insiders have been doing in the last several months. Bullish -- bearish -- or asleep. With the stock hitting new yearly lows on an almost weekly basis it would be nice to know the positions of management. Money talks and the rest walks. If you can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Do insiders report sales and purchases to the Nasdaq or to a Canadian regulatory agency. It will be interesting to see if management are net buyers or sellers. Any guesses in advance? What are the rules regarding reporting transactions? Max
