Frank,

<< I think I'm talking about a Listserve based discussion group >>

Yes, I think it's the Bill Meade group that I've subscribed and unsubscribed a few times (and unfortunately deleted the whole darned folder last time around with the miraculous conversion of Geof "stuff" as regards Qualcomm in the folder).

<< I'm sure your question will provoke a response by one of those guys >>

Yes, Dave from the North Country's was great, particularly as it pertains to setting up Outlook Rules, which I am about to do, as I have intended to do, for so long in Outlook 2000, at which time I will resubscribe Bill's gg and a Symantec Listservice I also unsubscribed.

BTW: As much of a fan as I am of Gate's Boys in Redmond, Outlook is very poorly documented. There are 2 indispensable books on it for anybody that wants to overcome it's idiosyncrasies. They are both written by Woody Leonhard of WOPR fame. The first is "Outlook Annoyances" (dated but still indispensable if you have run older versions of Outlook) and "Que's Using Microsoft Office 2000 (Special Edition)". If you have not yet upgraded MSO to 2000 but are thinking of it, do not do so without reading the first 3 chapters and the appendix of the latter. I realize this sounds a bit didactic, but I helped our headquarters SA upgrade 100 seats headquarters and field from MSO 97 to MSO2000 the week it was released and reading the book before we did it saved us a batch of time and pain. It's just as valuable for a single user configuration. So that's my tip of the day.

A big Thank You David. I'll set up those rules post haste.
