Trader, I am looking for rather good suport just below here for the S&P 500 and expect a near bottom here in the short term. If we break much lower, then we are looking quite a bit lower, but I sense that we are near bottom here and I would have close stops in place on the upside if short. If panic occurs, then all bets are off, but I suspect that that will not happen here. Of course, I could be very wrong. I noticed very good volume in the premier gold stocks today and that renews its status as a "safe haven" in bad times. Probably a false alarm here, though. We will see! PAGE looks near bottom, but as Zeev says, and I am paraphrasing here " catching falling swords can be dangerous"! Me, I am inclined to don kevlar gloves and try to catch them. May buy some here!
