ST,

The I in IPO stands for Initial -- strictly for privately held companies to go public for the first time. If a company is already public, as CMLK is, it cannot IPO again. It is already an existing stock with an existing share price. You can't, for example, just take a stock currently trading at .01 and on a whim create an offering to sell a million shares at $10 each.

The DD of stalwarts on this board favors a reverse merger scenario. We'll see what happens...!
