Contract Agreement of Q-Seven Systems

In June 1999, Beth Shearim Multimedia AG signed a Letter of Intent with Q-Seven Systems. Q-Seven will service Beth Shearim with all software required to run an online brokerage service which will be available all across Europe. Furthermore, the Q-Seven Systems management, will benefit from a proportion of the profits.
Since the middle of July, Q-Seven Systems has been in negotiations with various online concerns. Concrete contracts could be signed as soon as 25 August 1999, immediately after the new Online-casino- Software-Moduls have been released with the Advanced Media Group and SETEC Astronomy, Ltd. Both customers will be using the new Software for the administering of Online-Casinos.

Presentation of the new Q-Seven Systems Software

Q-Seven Systems will be presenting its User-Management Software at three different Trade Shows, where various aspects of the software will be concentrated on.
At the World Gaming Expo gemcommunications.com, 14 - 16
September 1999, in the Convention Center of Las Vegas, Q-Seven Systems will be presenting its gaming software to the top management in the entertainment circles. The convention organizers are expecting 23 000 visitors during these three days.
From the 1 - 3 October 1999, Q-Seven Systems will be present at the Interactive 2000 Show ia2000.com) at the Radisson Deauville resort in Miami Beach, Florida. The IA 2000 is the biggest Adult
entertainment convention in the world and attracts over 8000 visitors, including: Webdesigners, Online-Commerce Organisations, Service Providers and webmasters of commercial erotic offers on the internet.
From the 5 - 7 October, Q-Seven Systems will be presenting its new User-Management Software in DÂsseldorf at the Exponet99 (http://www.exponet.de). This is the 9th international trade show concentrating on Network techniques, Telecommunications, Internet and Enterprise Computing.
The Exponet99 is one of the biggest Internet-Conventions in Europe. At this convention, over 50 000 visitors from the Industry, Finance, Services and Administrative branches are expected.

First financial report of Q-Seven for the second quarter 1999

The company's revenues from its pay sites increased from
$106,995 in 1998 to $224,248 for the three month period ended 30 June 1999 - An increase of approximately 109%.
Profits for the quarter increased from $14,314 in 1998 to
$67,423 in 1999 - An increase of approximately 371%
During the first week of June 1999, a new Web-Master program was initiated which caused the rate at which members are joining the Company's sites to nearly double. These increases are not reflected in the numbers reported for this quarter due to a lag time in payment from service providers. However, they will begin to show up in future reports.
With the sale of the first module for the administration of
online casinos, at the end of August, the company will make more profits, which will be included in the Third Quarter's report.

He strongly recommended investors to buy the Q-Seven Systems shares and predicted that the shares would reach at least $10 within one year.
