Chaz-Surely You Jest In wireless telecom that is slow Take a step back. Vodafone is probably years ahead of the competition. A truly global player. In countries all over the world. There is no direct global competition from any other company or combinations in the world. They are second to none. Six to twelve months seems to me ambitious if press reports are true. They have to combine operations in one of the most populated countries in the world with over 20 million customers second to no one. They will have formed the third largest mobile company in the world-Vodafone-Airtouch being number one. No company has moved faster than Vodafone. No company has had the vision Vodafone Airtouch has had and that is why they own the global mobile market. Sit back. Relax. Vodafone-Airtouch management knows just what they are doing. Next stop: Mannesmann.
