As an attorney I am just amazed of the ignorance -utter and complete ignorance- of corporate executives as to their responsibilities and duties AS FIDUCIARIES toward their shareholders....INTC, CSCO, and DELL are about the only tech companies which have consistently reflected a degree of integrity and intelligence when it comes to those matters..regrettably, I am coming to believe they are the exception and not the rule.
