Stock Picks Issues Buy Recommendation for New Visual Entertainment
(OTC:BB:NVXE)

New Visual Entertainment Corporation (OTC BB: NVXE) today received a strong
buy recommendation from Stock Picks, a financial Internet publication located
at stockpicks1.com. Stock Picks specializes in the coverage of
stocks trading on NASDAQ's OTC bulletin board.

REPORT:

New Visual Entertainment (NVXE) recently announced a merger with
Astounding.com, a company that owns several proprietary technologies that we
believe will have a revolutionary impact on the marketplace. These
technologies include:

(1) BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS TECHNOLOGY
A broadband Internet access technology that will allow New Visual to send
videos and other data 30-60 times faster than what is being transmitted on
the Internet today (at speeds ranging from 51.2 to 102.4 Mbps). With this
technology, New Visual will be able to deliver to a viewer on the Internet:
(1) any type of video in real time or on demand (instead of going to
Blockbuster to rent a video, you could just have it sent to you through your
telephone line instantly); (2) full screen, perfect quality videoconferencing
(so you can see the person you are talking to); and (3) anything you can
imagine transmitting over the Internet in real time (school lectures, movies,
newspapers, books, office data, etc.). We believe this technology will
revolutionize the way people use the Internet. A slower technology was
recently acquired by Lucent for $24 billion.
(See wired.com for details).

(2) 3D INTERNET VIDEO TECHNOLOGY
A 3D Internet music video technology that will allow New Visual to create
high-quality, full-screen music videos on the computers of anyone who is
listening to music on the Internet. Under a license to this patented
technology, viewers would have the ability to not only "watch" the music
video but also to "move within it" – i.e., they can navigate 360 degrees in
any direction through the music video. (NOTE: This is a feature that has
never been done before on television, on the Internet, or any other media –
which will give New Visual a very unique advantage on the market as New
Visual commercializes applications of this patented technology.) New Visual
can add this feature on every Internet music website and have daily access to
millions of viewers worldwide. Since New Visual will be generating "visual
real estate" on the users' computers, New Visual can post interactive
advertisements as special effects within these worlds and generate income as
broadcasters typically do from advertisements. There are established VRML
(virtual reality modeling language) companies that want to join New Visual's
efforts, so that the company can quickly have a stellar group of 3D software
designers and Internet engineers to help commercialize this technology.

(3) ELECTRONIC "BOOK" TECHNOLOGY
A new technology that will allow New Visual to present published documents on
the Internet as 3D virtual representations of any publication, exactly as
they appear in hardcopy, i.e., you would have the same appearance and
page-turning characteristics of the hardcopy publication, without having to
access pages of text through the typical "text scroll-up" that is used on the
Internet today. You would be able to turn electronic pages of the publication
from right to left (or vice versa) and the pages would curl and fold over as
they do when you typically read a hard-copy publication. Strong interest has
been expressed from magazine and catalog publishers who have seen the demo of
this technology. Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble could use this technology to
allow their customers to browse through books on the Internet before making a
purchase, and what they would see is a perfect rendering of the publication
just as if they were physically in a bookstore and browsing through that
publication. Other applications include corporations issuing annual reports,
catalog sales companies, instruction manuals and so forth.

In addition to these technologies, Astounding.com also brings $1,000,000 in
working capital to New Visual. The deal is set to close on September 30,
1999 according to the company's latest press release. At that time we
anticipate a major press release announcing the completion of the merger.
Other technologies owned by Astounding.com may be integrated into New Visual
in the near future.

In coming months we anticipate the company announcing the launch of several
web sites and announcing that they have filed for listing on NASDAQ small cap
listing. We also expect that the company will be providing press releases
announcing significant revenue sources.

We believe NVXE has the potential to climb to the $4 range in the near future
and assuming proper development of its technologies, perhaps reach as high as
$25 per share within the next year. Because of this, the stock receives our
highest buy recommendation. In fact, it's been a while since we have felt so
strongly about a stock's prospects.
