It is MINDBLOWING to me that I don't see ANY interest in this company on this thread.

Since June 25 of this year alone, you would have DOUBLED your money. Even through this tumultuous summer for techs!

Powertel is positioned to move up at least another 40 - 60% over the next few months (or sooner). Why?

Check out The Wall Street "Wireless industry Issue" transcript from 9/13/99. It explains, in detail, why PTEL is a "MUST HAVE" for either VSTR or WCOM.

And since VSTR just bought AERL for $1.8 Billion, PTELs marketcap at $1.53 B is "extremely" undervalued.

PTEL has almost $500 million in cash and their assets alone, based on the takeover premiums paid for Omnipoint and Aerial, seem to be worth at least $2 Billion.

With 27.8 million shares outstanding, a 2.5B buyout would put the share price at $80 a share - a 45% premium from todays close.

Reason enough for me to buy 1,250 shares ($55) and maybe more (when I can afford it).

Does anyone else out there have an opinion?

Rico
