WTI has also entered into a strategic alliance with Pacific Bell in California. The alliance with Pacific Bell, which will provide the fibre-optic hook-up for WTI's Sacramento facility, provides WTI with statewide access to potential business customers using the latest DSL and Frame Relay technologies. WTI has also executed an agreement with Qwest Communications, which will provide the backbone access to the Internet.

WTI is pursuing the possibility of forming strategic alliances with other well-known suppliers in the industry, which would provide WTI with cross-advertising opportunities and the chance to develop leads in conjunction with equipment manufacturers. To assist WTI in this process and to ensure that WTI maintains its focus on building a strong customer base, WTI recently hired Gregory Miller as its Vice President, Marketing and Sales. Mr. Miller brings a wealth of experience in the telecommunications field, having previously been employed in senior positions with Teligent and ICG Communication, two US-based telecommunications businesses. In addition to implementing WTI's public relations program in order to build ``Wavve' name recognition, Mr. Miller's duties will include building a strong nation-wide sales team to support WTI's planned expansion.
