Just a Thought:

Believe that the "news" trading activity is slowly but surely becoming a thing of the
past. The news must be solid with no build-up of buying beforehand for a stock to
appreciate fully. Even now, the stock may not move positive. There may be a gap, a day's retraction, and later a accumulation based on fundamentals a day or week
later. The days of "fluff" announcements will yield nothing. As more and more
non-reporting companies are banished to the "pinks", the general investment
dollars in the pennies could/will pour into less and less stocks, leading to more
intense fluctuations in price. Some companies with solid financials may even
appreciate greatly and hold. BUT ONLY ON MERITS! That would be a change, now
wouldn't it? There will always be daytraders, shorters, position players, MM's taking
the short side, and some that believe in the potential of the company-long term.
That is a fact. Welcome to the market! Watch it, enjoy it, profit by it, or lose your
shirt/blouse. The choice is yours. Always has been, always will be!
