Brister, It's a 'good story' but given the lack of trading lately I'd have to say that nobody knows about it. They've had terrible luck finding a PR firm that will represent them properly and get the story out to US businesses, etc. I would hope that they are targeting the NY city (eastern seaboard) market but I don't know if they are. This deal (subject to the d.d.) to acquire a 'gel' firm looks like a good fit with their line. Having the business owners then stay on to run things - with incentive clauses - could also be a good business move. I hope that the deal is 'accretive' from the beginning. If what they say is correct, then the sales numbers will almost double with this acquisition. Brian
