Frank - you're wrong on both counts:

#1 - Clinton was dragged kicking & screaming by the Republican Congress to hold the line on spending & cutting gov't largesse - both of which Greenspan & Clinton were at odds over

#2 - Are you forgetting about Bosnia, Kosovo, & Haiti? We got in, but we haven't gotten out yet. These are all Vietnams in the making. Also, have you forgotten about the GI's dragged thru the streets in Somalia?

- in any case, it was what has slick Willie done for the economy?
