JohnD-Company News today-not sure if you saw. Acquisition of 4 units(terms not disclosed). I would like to see the folks that they acquire get some Holiday RV stock options(warrants) if certain operating conditions are met or something along these lines. At this point-I'd rather see debt used instead of stock. And stay away from the floorless convertible securities. Stock holding up very well in a downward market.
