John Dowd- Ballmer and Gates have said this before... Can you please refer me at your convenience to instances where any officer of the company publicly makes comments about the stock price? I have plenty of examples of Microsoft guiding analysts expectations by downplaying forward earnings, but I have never seen one example of any officer of Microsoft, or any public company, mentioning the stock price of their company is overvalued.
