Will, Someone should write a book about this company. I feel it demonstrates how our securities laws really only serve to protect company insiders from their shareholders. I have watched the company for years but never contemplated trading it. Why can't all transactions be made public with insider transactions being reported in real time. Yet with it being so easy to defraud honest investors, honest companies have to go through miles and miles of red tape to get on with their business. Why is it this way? It's a racket pure and simple. To change it is to threaten the gravy train of so many lawyers, brokers, promoters, hucksters, politicians, and bureaucrats. Good Luck, Joe
