TRIN of .50 is NOT the same as TRIN of 2.0-- TRIN of 2.0 is 4 time greater

TRIN = (Adv Issues / Decl Issues) / (Adv Volume / Decl Volume)

Typically, TRIN of < 0.6 is overbought and TRIN > 1.1 is oversold (although as I indicated in my earlier post it is fairly subjective and needs to be calibrated based on recent history. At any rate, 1.8 is extremely oversold IMO.
