Actually TV the information is somewhat outdated, and given your history of overpromotion, I suspect you already had a copy before you landed on this thread.
It is very very bullish and is no doubt responsible for all the recent buying of WSP from the New York and Televiv diamond districts.

ANSWER: Absolutely thrilling, I suspect the smart diamond people are wondering why a plus and minus 30 percent cushion in the numbers, (LOL) Maybe it has to do with "non essential expenditures in doing business in the NWT. (LOL) In case you didnt get it right back in January, I will remind you the smart money moved into Namibian at 1.60@, a right smart move, do you think the international diamond circle knew something you didnt. (LOL)
The buy recommendation from Nesbitt Burns looks good too. the Nesbitt report is obviously very conservative with lots of room for increases based on larger tonnage numbers. ANSWER;
They are known for conservative valuations, but the rule is simple, here, "Buy below three and sell before they Flee"
I would expect that initial coverage from other national and international firms will soon follow
