I hate to be such a know-it-all this early in the morning, but there are at least four correct spellings for ketchup/catsup/ketsup/catchup, and more if you use the Malay ketjup or Chinese ketsap, etc. etc. etc. I like ketchup, myself, although usually salsa is better, e.g. on eggs, but only ketchup will do on fries, hamburgers and hot dogs. Burp.
