Death knell may come from auditor's statement (see financials in most recent EDGAR filing): The consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming that Biosafe International will continue as a going concern. As discussed in note 1 to the consolidated financial statements, the Company must raise substantial additional capital and must achieve a level of revenues adequate to support the Company's cost structure, which RAISES SUBSTANTIAL DOUBT ABOUT ITS ABILITY TO CONTINUE AS A GOING CONCERN. The company has not released any informationt concerning its search for new capital that I am aware of. Looks like curtains if it cannot successfully raise new capital. Jack
