Don't read anything into this, but there is 6 standards that are being harmonized by the ITU. QCOM has 5 patents that are important to two of them as I understand it. I don't know if Korea and W-CDMA use any IDC patents in them, but supposedly they were working at one time together. I'm sticking to my guns and time is going to tell on this one, there will not be one standard by the ITU and that QCOM IPR's are obviously involved in CDMA2000 and somewhat with W-CDMA.
