You are looking at 1995 numbers. My recollection is that when they bought Western Union in 1994 they assumed $304 million in unfunded pension liability which they reduced by about $200 million that year. I don't know what there current unfunded liability is but I suspect it has been booked and in the scope of things it ain't that big a deal.
