Not so OT Rose. Definitely a man with an agenda. He seems to be suggesting that Q's patents don't extend to WCDMA. I wouldn't qualify him as "objective" but... If I remember, IJ (at the analysts meeting) said it didn't matter what flavor of CDMA came next, ie, Q gets its royalties. I look forward to rebuttals from those more in the know...
