I am sorry, Michael, but the symbol change to VLVTE means that Veltex has FAILED to meet SEC requirements, and has 30 days to do so before being booted to the Pink Sheets. While that does not mean that VLVT has not submitted their form 10, it does mean the clock on the bomb is ticking for sure, starting today. Rick
