Hello Bearded One, I agree completely about Ballmer ... I think he is telling the truth! But the issue that I try to resolve is why did he pick now to do something about it? Not that it's wrong, but I do think he's a smart guy and that their is a tactic or strategy behind it ... even if it's just to hold employees, etc. Scott C. Lemon
