I read where the attorney general in Florida has filed a suit against RAD saying they calibrated registers to overcharge consumers. The company is denying it, but it looks like they're going to court. I'm sure JD will have comments on tonight's Hot Line. If he doesn't, I'd wonder why if I held the stock. My guess is he will say to take advantage of the pummeling of the stock and buy more.
