To Thaw,or Not to Thaw... -and what's this "attempted to conceive" statement? Embryo's Don't Lie. Donor's Remorse...toobadtodd I think todd is wishing he could somehow turn back the Hands of Time, however, he not only donated his biological material, he went further, and agreed to co-create the embryos. He did all of this with full knowledge of the mother's intent to obtain [fertilized] Embryos for future implantation in Her Uterus. Those were the terms he agreed to and he committed his reproductive material to that specific eventuality. Once he agreed to co-create the Embryos [fertilization], he became the "father" and all the regular divorce rules apply... -it's not complicated. Individual Responsibility/Accountability...right? [ps. I doubt this decision will be final for quite some time...]
