I hate to say it, but I wouldn't buy anything right now. I am short CSCO at 67.5 This is the top of the market. We'll drop for a few more days, then have a small rally, then down again. I think we might see a good two month bear market. If you want to go long, the best is to play the little two or three day runs of the smaller companies. JMHO.
