Sounded like what Gibbons was saying was don't come here with data problems. He skipped my questions as well as many others even though they were presented pleasantly. I personally won't waste my time with the data link as I have never received a response or a fix via that route. Running into a brick wall...I sense many others are also. This pick and choose method of support is quite unusual...certainly lets us users know who's issues are percieved as important at Quote.com. As a side note, the fact that Quote.com will not utilize this as an official support forum where they reach hundreds of people at once gives you an idea what we're dealing with. Seems it would only be in everyone's best interest to assign an senior support person to monitoring this board. sf
