Nathan,
I disagree. Qwest and Frontier's networks overlap a lot. In fact, they use the same cables in some cases, just different fibers. I think GBLX can pick better partners or eye better acquisition targets.

I think after years end when PEC Crossing and MAC Crossing come on line, we may see more merger activity.
