If you are using Netscape, it's simple. Do a 'Find' for cookies.txt. Delete the lines with Kitco in the entry. I don't use Explorer, but I think they are in your Windows 'Cookies' and 'Temporary Internet Files' subdirectories. Before you do anything, try: Go to your Start button Choose run Type ping 207.96.251.139 If you get nothing but timeouts, then there is a problem on your network and you won't be able to connect until this is fixed.
