Andrew, the fact that you can ping it is good. At least there is a connection. Now if you use the name, can you still ping it? If yes, then the problem is that the browser is timing out because Kitco is so busy. I would have to do some research as to how to remedy that. Do you have other browsers available. Netscape users don't seem to be having this problem.
