PHCM.. broke out of 'bear' flag on the downtrend (10 Minute Chart).. looking good. On 30 minute chart. ADX went from 56 to 26 waiting for a little more confirmation. Waiting for PHCM to drop below the 20 day EMA on 10-15, 30 minute chart, but the 2:30 - 3:00time span is not the best time as it could rally more.
