If you don't like the sound of this you may as well sell all the non POTS (plain old telephone systems) owned ISP's including AOL, Mindspring, etc. They all have to pay for the phone lines. And, at least in the U.S., the POTS ISP's, like the bellsouth.net I use, have a low market penetration.

The good news is that investment bankers are shopping them around. And other than IIJI, PCNTF is the only pure Asian internet play. And they are moving into India which is a lot larger market than Singapore.

I sold most of mine during the recent rally, but I'm holding on to what I have.
