MRV certainly has the money NAC is seeking... it wouldn't be about the money, but about the partnership along with the money. oh, and technically, if there are shares issued from NAC in exchange for cash, on the books, 60% of that cash (or book value) belongs to MRV. also, MRV, being the largest shareholder must approve of the transaction.
