Yes that is true, they have a website linked to my site, for those interested. Just a brief summary, one of their claim blocks is contiguous to Namibian Minerals Luderholtz Bay concessions, which
the company claims holds around 900,000 carats. Judging by the
success of Namibian, in attaining 150,000 carats production in less than 10months, I would say, DFI block holds some merit. Costs appear to be around 20mil per start up vessel for retrofiting, leasing,
royalties, and taxes. The various other concessions are in various
stages of testing. A review of their site seems to indicate the speed of
development of their claim blocks is probably dependent on the availability of DeBeers testing vessels, which are under contract to
DFI., but as well scheduled by DeBeers. Interesting properties however and in time will probably produce some diamonds. Gem quality running 98% on Namibians concessions, would appear to offer
DFI some good diamond quality, in the neighborhood of 140US per
carat. The stone size on DFI tested areas appear close to Namcos
as well, averaging around .34 carats to .38 carats
Sincerely

Now I suppose your going to say I imagined Namibian Minerals when no one CSW, (The Diamond Extention Arm of NWT Diamond promotion) has conviently avoided all reference on
SI Investor and CSW?

Why is it TV, none of your pumpers on CSW want to talk about Namibian, or DFI, or instead wish to deliver outdated material available on REXs website (available on August 13, 1999) compose a "Street Wire" sit on the information until Sept 11, 1999 and then deliver the report minus the most important aspect that being the CEO bought stock in the open market from .90C on up to 2.00US.?

Is it now not unreasonable to assume that positive spin journalism is alive and well for Winspear but not so for any other diamond stock.?
