Well, I think that this is mostly a short- term panic, and people will go back to sorting out winners and losers, rather than wholesale dumping. Also, the money taken out of high- tech stocks has to eventually go somewhere, and I would guess that it will head for the blue chips, which means that a well- diversified portfolio should recover pretty well....
