[Pat is not Amati] For all those folks giving Pat a hard time; Pat is not Amati. If you want to give someone a hard time, clearly it should be focused on Amati. You should call Amati yourselves and give RC and JS a piece of your mind. If Amati let's us down, they let all of us down, including Pat. Amati number is 408-879-2000. Remember, if you get a run-around answering system, dial "0" for operator. I still think their phone system is lacking. The recording voice should tell you to dial "0" for operator. If you still get a recorded voice, I believe if you wait a few more seconds you will be able to leave a general message. If this happens I propose you simply say into the recording, "I'd like to know whose minding the store. Thank you." Peter Piper [your electronic plumber]
