Hi Richard, could you (or anyone else)offer an opinion on HDD partitioning. I am receiving a new machine this week-end with a 8.4Gb drive and am wondering how many partitions I should request from dealer setup. It will be Win98 OS.I presume the OS will take the primary C:.Do all applications programs also reside in C? I expect to have a fair amt.of cyberoffice files transferring in,mostly spreadsheets and,as another project, expect to do a lot of photo and video file work and storage for CDRW burning. Is 3 partitions logical or more? Any recommendations on each size Gb?
TIA, JP
