Yes I was from the old CAWS board. Posted sometimes, but mainly lurked. This has been a bad dream, and one tends to try to forget, so bare with me .... Haven't read it all, but it's a NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF CLASS ACTION, PROPOSED SETTLEMENT THEREOF, SETTLEMENT HEARING AND RIGHT TO SHARE IN SETTLEMENT FUND

I seem to remember registering with Milberg when the other action was taking place.

The reward is based on a sliding scale: From May 23, 1996 until Apr. 29, 1997. With the breakdown of the reward, it slides from $3.20 to $0.01.

I'll get back later with a more salient review, too many distractions at the moment. But you can contact:

Michael C Spencer, Esq.
MILBERG WEISS BERSHAD HYNES
& LERACH LLP
One Pennsylvania Plaza
New York, NY 10119
212 594-5300

This stuff came from the Claims Administrator:

In re CAI Wireless Securities Litigation
c/o Gilardi & Co. LLC
Claims Administrator
PO Box 5100
Larkspur, CA 94977-5100

The order is dated Albany, NY August 23, 1999.

I promise I'll get back to the board....
