My understanding is that PalmOS is similarly competitive with EPOC and WinCE. The Q of course has agreements with Palm (to wit, the pdQ phone) and Msft (Wireless Knowledge), so the bases seem to be pretty well covered. Also second hand info--I understand that EPOC is a pretty elegant solution. Best, JS
