Greg, It depends on which chip you are talking about. We purchase the GeneChip(R) from AFFX and use it, along with our READS(TM) technology, to build gene expression databases. We have our own chip, called the Flow-thru Chip(TM), that is in development and has a somewhat different application than the GeneChip. Since we have chosen the AFFX chip platform, it will be good for us if AFFX prevails in its patent dispute with INCY. The PTO decision was good news for us, but the patent dispute is not yet over.
