Just couldn't pull the trigger today. It looked like
we were in for another rout this aft. and then the DJIA
fought back. However, I was waiting for an intraday break
of 10320 and the bulls couldn't do it. Looks like a bear
flag to me.

I guess it comes down to this: I'd rather miss out on profit
than be stuck with a loss.
