Sportfish,

All that being as it is.....

Sitra was hired by Jaws to smile....and do a job. He was paid in stock. He sold his stock. He sold $64,000 in stock.

This was how he paid his rent...and bought food.....and so on.

What he did not do...is to disclose this fact to everybody he met, or spoke with.....or wrote to.

It was a mistake....he worked for a scam....he quit. He got out early.

The other guy sold $545,000.......Jeeesh.

He will pay the piper......or fight it until he wins.

I don't think the SEC is concerned with anything more that whether or not BANY is in compliance. I don't think they judge the moral background of the filers. I believe there is a criminal check......but these guys have been convicted of nothing. If BANY complies....I don't believe the SEC has a choice.

And I really think that Sitra's deal has been way overblown. I think it is old news....but will resurface over and over again. That is a shame. I think Sitra did the right thing by leaving JAWS when he did.

I think management was thinking that ANYI would be fairly valued within the internet environment......and would sell for 10 or 12x sales. When people would not pay it........the stock tanked. BANY getting delisted really hurt.....as it showed that this group was dragging their feet. They did not have the buying lined up.......they were not prepared. They needed a broker to underwrite the thing...and push the stock out to their clients.....sell it to them. ANYI counted on BANY holders......who were penny stock people, not used to paying $10.00 for a share of stock. If ANYI had issued 30 million shares and opened it at $1.00......I think the stock would have done much better. JMO.

So it sucks......but I'm just not so sure that both companies will not be able to come back......hard as it may seem to do.

The bottom is zero....of course. BANY is almost there.....and ANYI is now at 2.5x sales.

I think they will scrounge up some money somewhere....and that buying of both stocks will just kind of happen. Opinions are very, very poor right now....some times this is a positive sign.
