Just was wondering how they do it Thigh-Masters....<gg> I work all day and usually come online for an hour or 2 at night during the week... I used to veg out in front of the TV for the same amount of time... On the weekends it's a little more..At least this is interactive.. But I know what you mean, some of these guys post around the clock.. How do they do it???? Go for a walk... Get out in the sun...Ride your Bike... But break the habit of sitting in front of the monitor.. C
