Robert D Walpole, National Intelligence Officer for Strategic and Nuclear Programmes at the CIA has told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The CIA has posted the information on its website for public information.Walpole also revealed that according to the CIA?s information, the Ghauri that Pakistan flight-tested was ?produced with North Korean assistance.? Although the CIA?s report has been confirmed by other US intelligence agencies, the Clinton administration insists it does not have adequate evidence of the standard necessary for imposing sanctions against China.
