Is this a joke?

Thanks, df, for posting the class action update. I was not aware of the existence of a proposed settlement. I would really like to know if the settlement proposal came from the plaintiffs or the defendants. Also, what about the shareholders who purchased stock between April 30, 1997 and September 30, 1998? I am sure many of them (as myself) were clearly misled by actions and statements of CAI management during that period. Perhaps another class action needs to be initiated to cover that period. There is no doubt in my mind that all the events leading to the extinguishment of all common shares and the subsequent acquisition by MCI were part of a master plan orchestrated by CAI management, senior bondholders and certain investment banking firms involved in the deal.

Just my opinion...
