Who are the parents? No one I know, and I mean NO ONE, let's their kids drink sodas in such quantities. Some people we know don't even let their kids have any. I am not so extreme myself.

I know uneducated people let their kids have too much soda- but I don't think regulation is going to stop those people. They need to be educated- about all aspects of children's dietary requirements (and their own too, probably).
