I think ppd did not go down with the market because a major run up is coming probably next week. I sold at 38 and bought back today. I expect them to announce their new web site next week. And then we have the earnings report run up. This was my rational for buying today otherwise I would have waited for a while. P.S You can see the link at yahoo company news.
