All I can tell you is if I don't live a good life then they'll make me sit in some waiting room in Hell with a puter and a phone til I can get online for an appointment with Big Red. For some thousands of years it gives a busy signal til the modem burns up, so got to call to order a new one it rings and rings and rings no answer then it's busy busy busy busy busy busy then finally get thru then wait for Their Salesman to callback after listening to Their muzak on hold and leaving a message on Their voice mail of course They never call back so I call again and it's busy busy busy busy busy busy busy Then after what seems like ten thousand years but it really only was three the new modem arrives so after a long long long long time more of waiting on hold and lying about no instructions being packed with it just trying to achieve closure was all Their Tech Support Team grudgingly walks me through installing the new modem ...by now after eons gone by the future turns back to the past so it's time to try logging on again it's busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy busy ... uh oh a browser freeze what's wrong this time better call Tech Support it's ring ring ring ring ring no answer then busy busy busy busy busy busy busy......
